PROGRAM DETAILS

Auditions/Interviews:

Once the application is received by our office a representative will contact you to schedule you for an audition if you are interested in acting, or an interview if you are interested in filmmaking. Along with this application, the recorded audition/interview process will give our staff a clearer understanding of your talents and strengths and helps us to make a more accurate evaluation for your placement within a group or casting of a role. 


Price:

The price of participating in the Co-operative Studios group program varies according to project budget, but usually falls within $2,000 to $9,000 per student. Speak to a representative to find out about available payment options. 


Co-operative Studio Groups

Groups are formed based upon a pre-determined screenplay approved by each participating member. Once the groups are formed and all members have agreed, the four month intensive workshop begins. At the end of the four month program, students interested in acting will have starred or co-starred in a completed feature length movie that they will have part ownership in. Students interested in filmmaking will have above the line credits in and will also have part ownership in the completed feature length movie. Completion dates may vary depending on the production and post-production schedule of students.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Co-operative Studios reserves the right to use a student’s name, likeness or films in brochures, advertising, the web, and in any other promotional materials or for educational purpose. Our workshops are extremely intensive and comparable to an Outward Bound experience in film production.

All workshops are soley owned and operated by Co-operative Studios.
